1. Overview
Shuffle PCS delivers across Nairobi and countrywide from our workshop on Mubea Road. Delivery is billed on a distance-based model, calculated from our workshop. Dispatch hours are 10AM–4PM, Monday to Saturday.
2. Payment
Within Nairobi (Zones 1–3) Pay-on-delivery is available. You may pay by cash or M-Pesa when our rider arrives with your delivery. Payment must be completed and confirmed before the parcel is handed over.
Outside Nairobi (Zone 4) Payment must be made in full before dispatch. Once payment is confirmed, your order is handed to the courier for delivery.
3. Delivery Zones & Fees
Distance is calculated from our workshop. To find your zone, use Google Maps directions to check distance from our workshop.

For deliveries outside Nairobi (Zone 4), please call +254 756 509737 or +254 720 509737 to confirm arrangements and cost.
If you would prefer an alternative delivery method — such as Uber Package, Pickup Mtaani or Self Collection — please call us to arrange. For all such arrangements, payment must be made and confirmed before the parcel is handed over.
4. Delivery Timelines
- Within Nairobi: Same-day doorstep delivery for in-stock items ordered before 3:30PM. Orders placed after cut-off are delivered the next business day.
- Outside Nairobi: Our primary mode of delivery is Fargo Courier (next-day arrival countrywide). Timelines depend on destination and courier schedule, confirmed at the time of order.
- Pre-orders / custom builds: Delivery timelines are advised at the time of order and begin once the build is complete.
Timelines are estimates and may be affected by stock availability, courier delays, or factors beyond our control.
5. Order Confirmation
Orders are processed once confirmed. For Zone 4 (outside Nairobi) orders, dispatch begins only after payment is received and verified. We may contact you via WhatsApp or phone to confirm details before dispatch. For orders outside Nairobi, we will share a waybill tracking number once dispatched.
6. Receiving Your Order
- Please inspect your order at the point of delivery where possible.
- For Check on Arrival items, any fault or discrepancy must be reported immediately on receipt.
- Ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and confirm the order.
7. Failed or Missed Deliveries
If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, an unavailable recipient, or non-payment (where applicable), the order may be returned to us. Re-delivery may attract an additional charge.
